Restaraunt & Venue Policies
At Queen Bee’s Tea RooAt Queen Bee’s Tea Room, we strive to create a welcoming, refined, and enjoyable experience for all guests. The following policies help us maintain the flow of service, comfort of our space, and the level of hospitality we are known for. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during peak hours.
-
Guests are kindly asked to honor their reservation time. A 10-minute grace period is provided.
-
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please do so through OpenTable as early as possible.
-
This restaurant requires a credit card to secure reservations. All credit card information is processed securely.
-
Changes to reservations may be made online through OpenTable up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time.
-
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a charge of $25 per person, in accordance with OpenTable’s policies.
Duration of Experience / Turn Table Time
To ensure we can accommodate all guests fairly, standard reservations are scheduled for 1.5 hours.
-
Additional time may be accommodated when availability allows, but cannot be guaranteed.
-
We encourage guests to arrive on time to enjoy their full experience. The reservation time is a hard start time. For example, a reservation scheduled for 11:00 AM will begin service at 11:00 AM, even if all guests have not yet arrived.
-
This policy allows our kitchen and service team to execute pre-ordered menus on schedule and ensures timely table turns for all guests. Food preparation and service are carefully timed, and there is limited ability to delay or “hold” food once service is scheduled to begin.
-
Late arrivals may result in a shortened dining experience, limited menu flexibility, or modified service pacing at the discretion of Queen Bee’s Tea Room.
-
During busy periods, tables may be needed promptly at the conclusion of the reserved time.
