Group Dining Policy for 10 - 14 Guests

Reservations include a simple agreement and advance payment to ensure a seamless experience.

Our Group Afternoon Tea Reservation Agreement is designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for your party and all of our guests. By confirming your menu selections and payment in advance, we are able to prepare your tea service with the quality, hospitality, and attention to detail for which Queen Bee's Tea Room is known.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership in helping us create an exceptional experience for all.

To preserve the quality, pacing, and hospitality experience Queen Bee’s Tea Room is known for, all Group Dining reservations are subject to the following terms and conditions.

 

Reservation Eligibility

Group reservations are available for parties of 7 to 15 guests and are offered by advance reservation only.

 

Menu Selection

• Group reservations are available for Full Afternoon Tea Service only.

• Menu selections cannot be changed after the submission deadline.

 

Primary Contact

• One individual will serve as the Primary Contact for the reservation.

• The Primary Contact is responsible for all communication, agreement of this policy, payment, and menu selections.

• The Primary Contact must be present at the scheduled reservation start time.

 

Pre-Ordering and Payment

• This agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of making reservation otherwise the reservation will not be confirmed and the seats will be released for booking.

• Order and pre-payment must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the reservation otherwise reservation will not be confirmed and seats will be released for booking.

• A link to the online ordering and payment system, along with detailed instructions, will be emailed separately to the Primary Contact.

• Reservations are not considered confirmed until both this signed agreement and full payment have been received. Deadlines not met will be automatically canceled and released for booking.

• Once the 72 hour deadline has passed, menu selections, guest counts, and payments cannot be modified.

• Guest count reductions, cancellations, or no-shows after payment are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

Because all food is prepared and ingredients are procured specifically for your party:

• Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the reservation are non-refundable.

• Failure to submit payment or required information by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation.

• Failure to arrive for the reservation ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

• No refunds or credits will be issued after final payment has been received.

 

Reservation Time

• Group reservations are allotted for two (2) hours.

• Reservations begin and end promptly at the reserved scheduled times.

• We are unable to extend reservation times due to other scheduled reservations.

 

Arrival

• Tea service will begin approximately 15–20 minutes after the scheduled reservation time, regardless of whether all members of the party have arrived.

• Late-arriving guests will join the service already in progress.

 

Seating

• Seating arrangements are planned in advance based on the confirmed guest count.  Requests to rearrange tables or seating upon arrival may not be accommodated.

 

Photography

• We welcome photographs to help commemorate your visit.

• To respect the privacy and experience of all guests, large group photographs should be taken outdoors before or after your tea service.

 

Games & Activities

• Games, organized activities, speeches, presentations, and similar group activities are not permitted inside the tea room.

• Guests are welcome to gather in the courtyard following tea service, space permitting.

 

Gifts

• Gift opening is welcome in the outdoor courtyard following tea service, as space allows.

 

Decorations

• To preserve the ambiance of the tea room, decorations are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Balloons

  • Banners

  • Table decorations

  • Confetti or glitter

  • Floral arrangements brought from outside

  • Party favors or decorative displays

 

Payments

• A maximum of one payment will be accepted for group reservations. Separate checks are not available.

 

Queen Bee's Tea Room

• Queen Bee's Tea Room reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation that does not comply with these policies.
